Note: By downloading you confirm that you are terminating all your contracts in due time and form. The form and deadline requirements can be found in the general terms and conditions of your contractual partner. A letter of termination sent using the app does not correspond to the strict written form and can therefore be rejected by the provider if the provider specifies the strict written form for terminations of contracts concluded before October 1st, 2016 in its general terms and conditions. To ensure that your cancellation is actually accepted, you should send your cancellation letter via aboalarm in a timely manner (e.g. 4 weeks before the end of the notice period).
